ADMINISTRATOR, CE SCHEME

The role of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to
Shannon?s Hopeline.

MAIN DUTIES:

* Answer main phone line, respond to, direct and relay telephone
messages and emails, and follow up when required.
* Provide service advice and information.
* Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
* Type letters and other documentation
* Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and events.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

* A positive outlook on life and interested in the area of mental
health and young people.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills

TRAINING

Under the CE Scheme you will be provided training.

WORKSHOP FACILITATOR, CE SCHEME

The role of a workshop facilitator will be to facilitate Shannon?s
Hopeline workshop called ?Be Kind to your Mind?. The workshop is
designed to help with the mental health and well-being of young people
ranging from **Apply on the website** upwards.

MAIN DUTIES:

* Engaging with schools and youth clubs
* Facilitating workshops
* Organising date and times of the workshops
* Arranging meetings to promote the workshop
* Preparing the Gifts of Hope which we give to each participant at
the end of workshop.
* Preparing materials for workshop

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

* A positive outlook on life and interested in the area of mental
health and young people.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills

TRAINING

Under the CE Scheme you will be provided training in Train the Trainer
Course QQI Level 6 and Child Protection Training.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to participate in the CE scheme you must:

year
* Have been continuously unemployed for at least **Apply on the

* Have been receiving a jobseeker?s payment (Jobseeker?s Benefit
or Jobseeker?s Allowance) from the Department of Employment Affairs
and Social Protection for at least **Apply on the website** months;
and
* Be currently receiving Jobseeker?s Allowance (JA)

NOTE: If you are getting JA and have break(s) of up to **Apply on the
website** days in your jobseekers record over the last **Apply on the
website** months, you will be eligible for CE Scheme.
